1 - Time tracking and delivery
Bertulli shoes are usually delivered within 48 to 72 hours from confirmation of payment and subject to availability of product in the size ordered.

2 - Delivery Method
We offer you the opportunity to choose between Chronopost delivery or UPS. Upon command, you must carefully fill: the delivery address and indicate a telephone number so that we can reach you easily.

3 - Costs and Scope of delivery
Countries belonging to groups 1 and 2 : free delivery with Chronopost if your order is above 100€, otherwise, shipping cost in at your charge.

For other countries, please refer to the below list t find your shipping rate.

If your country of residence is not in the list below, you are advised to contact us so we can calculate the shipping costs on your order.

- Order below 100€ : Chronopost = 8.00€ and UPS = 18€

- Order above 100€ : Chronopost = 0.00€ and UPS = 18€

Group 2 : Andorra - Austria - Belgium - Germany - Holland - Ireland - Italy - Luxembourg - Portugal - Spain- Switzerland

- Order below 100€ : Chronopost = 8.90€ and UPS = 18€

- Order below 100€ : Chronopost = 0.00€ and UPS = 18€

Group 3 : Bulgaria – Croatia - Czech Republic - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - Greece - Latvia -  Lithuania - Norway - Romania – Russia – Turkey

- For all orders : Chronopost = 20.00€ and UPS = 36€

Group 4 : Guadeloupe - Martinique - Réunion - French

 - For all orders : Chronopost = 25.00€
